I spent the morning at home, but tried to go to work for the afternoon due to a meeting. Bad idea. It doesn’t help with the arm at all, so I’m going to be making sure to take it easy tomorrow and stay home, other than a doctor’s apointment.
It’s slowly sinking in after not seeing the gym for the past week just how bad the coming month is going to be. If it’s taking this long, I should probably see what the doctor says about physio. I need to get back up to speed, fast. Ugh.
